Understanding the interactions of IKK-16 with model cell membranes
My project investigates how the drug IKK-16 interacts with model cell membranes, with the aim of improving our understanding of its behaviour at the membrane interface. I will study these interactions using model lipid membranes and surface-sensitive techniques, including Langmuir trough measurements, ellipsometry and Brewster angle microscopy.
