Nanofibrous peptide hydrogel for localised delivery of siRNA-loaded lipid nanoparticles targeting glioblastoma stem cells
Persistent STAT3 activation supports the survival and treatment resistance of residual glioma stem cells, contributing to glioblastoma recurrence. We are testing whether localised delivery of siRNA-loaded lipid nanoparticles from a peptide hydrogel can silence it.
