Development of a chronic animal model for Alzheimer's disease

I am developing a long-term animal model of Alzheimer's disease that mimics the way the condition develops slowly in people. Conventional models often fail to capture that gradual, age-related decline, which contributes to the high failure rate of clinical drug trials. My work combines in vitro experiments with in vivo studies.
